Van Cafe calls it the "poptop lifting assembly bumper" and charges .95 each.  I had the link before my computer puked a few minutes ago

I don't know what to call the almost insignificant piece of rubbery plastic that serves as a bumper for the foot of the poptop apparatus as it sits down on the bodywork on each side of the poptop opening. Black, about an inch by an inch by a quarter-inch. Slips over the end of a metal foot to keep it from marring the paint or pinching the poptop fabric.
