Howdy Volks-

Never thought this day would come, but unfortunately the economic climate (especially in Southern Nevada) combined with my current financial/employment situation is leaving me with little choice but to sell Blackbeard. A sad day for sure, but hopefully this will pave the path to my next bus purchase. Wanted to offer it to the list before posting on TheSamba and Ebay.

Here are the details:

-White 1990 GL -Clear title -270k Total miles -New 2.1 installed at 177k miles -Engine runs perfectly. Good compression, fires right up. No cold/hot start issues, sounds exactly how you'd expect it to. -Comprehensive maintenance file, right back to the bill of sale and first oil change. -All service up-to-date (as has been the case since original purchase). -Full limo tinting (darkest allowed by the law) to protect the interior from the hot, Southern NV sun. -Wayfinder computer hard-wired, installed on dash above ashtray. -I am the 2nd owner. P/O bought it off the dealer's showroom floor with every option available for the model year: -A/C (but doesn't blow cold) -Cruise (works flawlessly) -Power Mirrors (work flawlessly) -Power Windows (work flawlessly) -Power Locks (work flawlessly) -Full interior carpeting (was worn, so I replaced with gray GoWesty mats throughout the entire cab a year ago). -14" Alloys, including 2 spares (total of 6) -Nexen tires recently installed. Plenty of tread life and mileage ahead. -New OEM antenna installed a couple of months back.

Negatives: -Small ding on the front passenger side (see photos). Someone drifted back into me while parked at the MGM Grand. -Easily repaired, just haven't had the time or extra money to get it done. -Needs interior rear hatch panel (see photos). I have the board to cut a new one, but haven't gotten to it yet (will send with the Van). -Not a bad idea to replace window seals/rubber in the next year or two (starting to dry out and crack - not unusual). -Was in an accident a couple of years back (documented on the list), but title is NOT salvage.

At the end of the day, I just don't drive Blackbeard enough to justify keeping it. This van has been absolutely babied since the day it was purchased, and the quality of the van reflects that.

Price: $5,000. Located in SW Las Vegas.
