It appears not and asking on list if the list is down is kinda like my
customers who ask my techs to email them their email password because they
can't get their email. Sorta kinda pointless....

If'n ya suspect that the list is down, there are about three things you can
do....

1.) send an email to LISTSERV@GERRY.VANAGON.COM with THANKS in the body of
the message. If the server is up, you'll get a reply within 5 minutes.

2.) Ask on the spare list, VANAGON@YAHOOGROUPS.COM. You ARE on the spare
list, right?

3.) Send a note to me and the mods.  I work 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific time, so
there may be a delay, but I will deal with any outage as expeditiously as
possible.

And yes, we saw the for sale sign. Bummer.
