Golf balls are dimpled for a reason. They go through the air better with dimples on them, than if they were smooth.

The roughness may help in that department, possibly. Next.. it'll come in colors .. imagine LineX in Hot Pink !

50 lbs worth of spray-on weight I'd say. Make it thicker towards to bottom to aid keeping center of gravity lower.

Need to see as many dimensions and possibilities as we can find. It's more than what meets they eye, if we think about it enough.

now someone will over-accersorize the outside of vanagon until it's just ridiculous. Racks , ladders, tire mounts , gas can mounts ..kayaks .. sand boards .. as many things as you can find or think of to hang on the outside.. now that would sure look stupid !!
