 From experience I can say that a mouthful of diesel fuel is no big
deal, *much* less obnoxious than gasoline.  I wouldn't expect a taste
of motor oil to taste of anything much.

All the oily things are very dangerous if aspirated into the lungs,
however, which is why if you swallow any of the petroleum distillates
you much *not* induce vomiting.
