The 93 rating is too low. If 2 are dry rotted the other two can't be much better. I'd replace all of them. A tire store can decipher the date code on the sidewall to see how old they are. For what you need, the Hankook RA08s might be the best choice. If you absolutely can't get 4 tires now, the fronts should be inflated to 35 to get the max load since you are below the minimum already.
