.3 Bar =4.23 psi. That is very low oil pressure. Your fan not working at low speed may be contributing. Oil viscosity can add to the problem. If you have the correct oil viscosity, filled to the proper level and you can confirm the oil cooler is working then you are possibly looking at a worn engine. A healthy engine should be able to maintain close to 10 psi/1,000 rpm. Dennis
