.3 Bar =4.23 psi. That is very low oil pressure. Your fan not working at low speed may be contributing. 
Oil viscosity can add to the problem.  If you have the correct oil viscosity, filled to the proper level and you can confirm the oil cooler is working then you are possibly looking at a worn engine. A healthy engine should be able to maintain close to 10 psi/1,000 rpm.

Hi All,

So, I consulted the list archives and google to determine what the problem might be with the oil light flickering when the engine is warm and the rpms are 1k or less.

The collective knowledge of the Internet suggested the the .3 bar sensor on my 2.1L engine needs replacing.

I did that but it hasn't fixed the problem.

Any ideas for next steps?
