hmmmm....... what year van and what style rear seat do you have now ? there are two kinds.. the early 'dumb' ones where the seat back just rotates forward, and is too high for any use as a bed.

and starting in most 85's there's the Z bed rear seat. is that the one you have ? and you want that higher perhaps ?

kinda need more information to help you....................or perhaps others know what you are talking about.

my plan on that btw.. if I can get away with a full size rear deck that's raised equal to one half the thickness of a rear bed cushion over the engine compartment.. I will go to a dense two inch thick foam pad there. so where there was 4 to 5 inches of faom .. there wil not be about 2 or 2 and 1/2 inches ..but still a full size rear bed. I would not try to raise the entire Z bed rear seat.. though I suppose one could.
