I've found cargo nets in the trunks of vehicles in our local pick 'n pull.

One's living inside the trunk of my "real" car, the other's restraining the stuff in my Westy's luggage rack.

Hanging one across the rear of the Westy is a great idear and I'm glad that you thought it up, but it come way too late to save the life of my Ryobi battery operated fan.
