Aw heck -- I got a Vitrifrigo refrigerator. Works just fine to bring a
nice bottle of Pinto Gris down to drinking temperature. I don't need no
stinkin' evap cooler for my wine. I just posted the link in case someone
else wanted to tinker with the setup.
