Me too, in reality. I have been following F1 since 1965, and over the years I have seen the rules change far away from anything that would benefit the average car owner anytime soon. I'm sure there are thousands of little things about the engine design and management, not to mention tires, oils, alloys, brakes, that F1 has quietly made better for us, but in areas like aerodynamics, we would all be better off if F1 didn't allow it. Our cars will—and shouldn't—pull 4 Gs from diffusers and such.

In fact, we'd be better off if the formula was to use a litre of fuel to finish a race with.
