There is a space that is a few inches, which accommodates the curtain very nicely. I'm imagining some tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, scissors and what not in little slots or pockets or something. The Bentley could go there too, perhaps. There is a very cool mod that is just a length of pvc pipe slipped over the strut and when it is shifted a bit, it hold the door up. New struts are good too.
