Walter,

I took a look at mine. The plastic enclosure you mention (it has a sticker with a vacuum hose routing diagram on it) does not have any relays in it, just a lot of wires and connectors. I'm 99% sure the relay on mine is on the right front of the engine as I mentioned before. Thanks for the good description - easy to follow when looking in the engine bay.
