The wiring in the D pillar for the AC gets pretty brittle since it gets very hot when the AC is operating. I pulled the relay/fuse holder assembly out of mine last weekend and found the red wires between the fuse and the relays very stiff with the insulation showing some signs of melting. We looked at John Rodgers AC wiring last night and saw some cracking on the insulation as well. Try tapping on the relays with the AC running to see if it causes the system to cut out. If my new terminals come in this week, I will be replacing all of the damaged wiring in my Camper's D pillar this weekend.
