Anybody road-tripping between the San Francisco Bay Area and the Tri-Cities area in Washington?

I've got a request from some instant new family friends (long story, but great!!) for delivery of a surfboard. Only seven feet long or so, and it will fit on the inside if you travel light.

Any takers? I'm in the east bay (94546) and the board will end up in Richland (99352). AND... the dad in the family brews his own bio-desiel so if you're running that, I'm sure it could be included in the compensation.

Oh yeah...vanagon content! It's Saturday already for some of you. I took dad and son (15) and daughter (17) on a trip to Santa Cruz in my 1990 camper. They all loved the van! I got to take the son surfing for his first time and he loved that too. The tough bugger handled the cold water in my short 2:1 wetsuit that was baggy on the poor guy. Stood up on his first wave even and now he's hooked and needs his own board.

Feel free to p-mail back to me with any possibilities or questions.

Thanks, Reid
