Hi Harry,

Here's your fan switch: http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/page_517_559/front_or_rear_heater_fan_switch.html. It was an easy job. My power steering pump reservoir cap is also shattered, and from a different van at that. I've been thinking about something a bit more durable which could be secured in place, but haven't been in the inventing mood lately. Maybe someone else has thought of something?
