Looking at the pictures of that battery it looks like it has the one (or
sometimes two) flat plates that plug the filler holes.  If so that pries off
for  checking the water level in the battery.

The two original battery compartments under the deats are vented, they use a
small hose attached to the vent on the battery to vent outside the van.
In my case I'm using an AGM battery, in a battery box, under the rear seat.
Since the AGM is a sealed battery there is no need for venting.
