Dear blood on lintel

So good to hear about the first vanagon pass over The celebration will become an annual event celebrated by Placing a partially restored vanagon in the driveway with oil n grease finger prints on rear hatch opening ... packing our vanagons with all our camping gear .... Getting into the vanagon with our family (regardless of size).... Sitting quietly in the vanagon with key in hand ... In the dark (as if you were broke down by the side of thee road) ... Lights off ithe house as if all were sleeping ... Then after they pass revving of engines considered too old by the passing "angles" to have catalytic converters.... You may at this time take a victory lap of thanks or proceed to your campground Should the thieves follow ... Proceed to show your dog or weapon of choice You peace lovin hippie sort Regards

I noticed exhaust flatulence when he drove off yesterday morning and never suspected that problem. My heart sank immediately, though, as I recalled my Westy up on ramps in the driveway butt out to the alley as the Pilot also parks. "Great," I thought, "I just should have left my Sawzall plugged in for them to make the removal quicker and easier." Guess they were brand-specific and not responding to the "Cash for old platinum" ads on TV. > > Took the van off the ramps and turned it around so the tail is now against the fence, just in case, but it might have been worth it if they had removed the entire exhaust system that needs to be replaced. > > Stephen >
