Raimund, some of us go to quite remote locations and stay for extended times. Some of us do not like to transport sewage water (as in a porta potty) or to deal with disposal and cleanup of same. Some of us find that squatting is no longer practical. There are many reasons to look at alternatives to those you mentioned. mcneely
