“Vacuum tee behind throttle has two UNEQUAL legs. Does leg with restriction go to distributor vacuum advance or does it go to emission control system?”

Bentley p. 24.16 & 24.24 shows it on the right hand side looking at the motor from the rear going to the emission control system!
