I have not but it is mentioned in the "Vanagons on TV/ in the Movies" thread on the Samba and later in the "Puma Commercial" thread, with a comment by the guy whose van was hired for the filming of the spot.  There was Youtube link showing the commercial that no longer works. Link to thread below but you might need to search for the thread instead.  Better pic (front 3/4) of the van.  Very trick.
