Raimund, the relative geographic size of our two countries is unimportant. We are both rich countries, and in most of our terrain, fairly densely occupied. There are places where it is just not reasonable to drop trow so to speak, and befoul the land.

Besides that, some of us simply find the necessary physical maneuvers for elimination without something to sit on impractical, painful, and even physically impossible. We still like to venture to the back and beyond. In many such circumstances, it is far more than two hours to a toilet.

It seems that you are failing to recognize the difficulties that accompany aging and infirmity. Actually, I speak not for myself quite yet, but for others who go with me. I am simply trying to find ways to make their stays in the boonies sufficiently comfortable that they put up with the unpleasantries in order to experience the pleasure, while not going overboard for motor homes and the like, which don't belong any where near to the places I'm talking about.
