Hi Don. I too thought the exhaust was isolated but of course it's bolted to the engine at manifold and there's a ground strap connecting drive train to frame. I've put that ECU through some paces. This being my first swap. It may indeed be wonky. My original thought was "fuel pump". But..... when attempting to start it in parking lost, I noticed the MIL not coming on when key turned to ign.
