If Bentley 24.24a is correct, a #80 would still be twice too big - they allege that the hole is only .15 mm/.006". Doesn't seem likely they did the conversion in the wrong direction since .15" would hardly be a restriction. However since it's only operating the valve for the charcoal canister (and the suction line for that has its own .055" restrictor) I doubt it's a fatal error. Maybe should be noted though that air coming through the canister is unmetered, so it definitely wants the restriction in the suction line.
