Ah, that's good info, probably useful to some of the diagnosticians here.

The engine stops running because it's losing spark, getting wrong amount of fuel, or getting wrong amount of air. If the problem is with the ignition you can put the fuel system through the wringer and do no good.

You forgot to say 1.9l or 2.1l - it makes a difference at this point. We can take it up later from there, I'm off to see the wizard, I mean dentist. Then perhaps I'll get drunk... :-/
