Could be a couple of things if you have a test light and a extra set of hands 1. when you turn the key do you hear a click from the starter (no continue with the next steps) 2. check the main power wire at the starter to see if you have power on it.(if none connection or main wire problem) 3. you need someone to turn the key while you check the small wire at the starter to see if there is power when the key is in start position (if no either a problem with the key switch neutral switch or wiring problem) 4. if you have power on the main and your test light is lighting when you turn the key ether starter or not enough power. (tap starter with a hammer or something hard caution for the wiring) 5. just a note the green diode on the battery is just one cell of 6 that is good and doesn't always mean full charge.
