Hi all i've just taken some of your advice/tips on solving my leaky injection pump. Thanks again for the help!!! I started by finding the o ring seal at a somewhat local diesel shop 25 miles of leaving a small but noticable when stopped trail of fuel to purchase part it took a 17 km wrench for injector lines a 5 mm allen for cold start bracket a 10mm socket for the accelerator cable bracket a crescent/ round it wrench for fuel sol. A 13 mm for the rear timing adj. Mount And a t30 torx for the four bolts holding the pressure head? On. I started by removing any dirt by shooting brake clean on all areas of work then taking they injection lines off the pump and injectors then moving them away, then the cable brackets throttle and cold start the cold start is also the rear mount bracket I loosly reinstalled two of the torx bolts tha also hold the rear bracket the fully removed the othe two top and bottom, then slowly and evenly backed the two longer bolts out untill i could see the entire seal,I then carefully used a pic set sort of forgot to mention that earlier to remove old gasket, then I stretched the new gasket over the head? And mostly into place then loosly re installed the top and bottom/shorter bolts and pulled longer ones out to get the seal into place while not letting the head? Come out any further then carefully used the same pic to ensure no twist yin the seal shot the seal with brake lead to remove any debris then I squeezed some lost fuel from a soaked rag to lube the seal then I slowly and evenly tightend the top and bottom bolts then re assembled tthe rest, started it,bled the air out if the injection lines and checked for leaks there was none so job was done thanks to the advice from fellow list members and the local flaps guy that gave me online/internet visual pics so i knew what I was looking for and getting into to solve my dilemma.
