I have the SA grille lights kit + the Hella Driving lights kit w/ correct driving light switch that fits in the vanagon dash, & the hella kit from one of our local vendors, I forget which, was only $90 +-. The D. light enclosures are plastique, but come w/ Hella covers, & look/work fine, IMHO. The driving lights come w/ instructions to switch to highs on only, which is what I have done.

YMMV,

Mr. BZ- pick out your campsite in the dark from the highway in S.Utah or not

Which bumper-mount driving lights under $250 do volks recommend, or what's the brightest street-legal option under $250 for the SA Grille inner lamps? Something somewhat vibration-resistant would be nice, as I seem to blow lamps almost every time I off-road (such as the recent Mt. Baker WA trip). And we're only a 2WD! > > Bretts > 83.5 Ivory 1.9l WBX Westfalia "Cunegonde"
