Well I finally got the three gates back on my DOKA. I got rid of the rusty hinge pins and used 3/8 stainless bolts. I used JB Weld to fill in the difference and I just Love the smooth action on the gates now. I guess I never really thought about how hard the gates were to open and close. While I was at it, I never could figure why there was no tie down behind the cab in the bed area, so I removed the inboard screw holding the other half of the gate hook and replaced it with a stainless D ring and clamp. I used some silicone sealant to keep it from rattling. Then I was feeling so good about it all I removed the old rusty step and replaced it with a stainless step from a marina supply. ed- finally almost finishing the summer long DOKA project
