I've posted this a few times before, but here are my fridge temp results.

I agree with Jeff that in hot climates the fridge is not up to the job, but in more reasonable weather it is not too bad. I recorded a max of a 22C difference between inside fridge and inside van. Van temps were in the 25 - 28 C (77-82 F) range, and the test was conducted beginning with fridge at ambient (27 C) and for 187 minutes.

Coldest fridge temp recorded was 2.2 C. Fridge was empty, thermometer suspended in middle of fridge.
