It really helps. e.g. If stock fan turns on, then I turn the CWF on, the stock fan shuts off pretty quick. Not a highly scientific means of testing the CWF but I know it pulls a lot of hot air out. Especially since I made a channel (of sorts) out of insulation and tin. This seems to help direct air flow. Looking up, behind fridge:

As per Karls comments, I'll wait for the "kitchen rust" to take its toll. Then maybe I could warrant the install of some large vents on the body. ;)
