Hi, all

I have a ' 2.1 WBX engine for sale, 106K. I'm converting my '90 Westy (Auto) to Subaru power, care of Leon Korkin, in Torrance CA. The engine should be available in a week or two.

I'm the 2nd owner, bought it in 1999 with 27K on it. I've always run Mobile 1 in it. I really never had a problem with it, except it seemed slow going up long grades with the AT of course.

I see folks asking $700-$800 for similar engines. If someone will offer me $600 and pick it up in Torrance at Leon's place, I'll be happy to sell for $600, and include the Australian Chip Upgraded ECU from our group buy in August 2000, along with a genuine VW block heater (woo hoo!...ok, it's already attached to the engine, it is a Canadian model van).

(It is also possible I could deliver it in the Ventura/Santa Barbara area, but no farther North than that.)

Thanks all, ChrisR
