That's because the table is referring at that point to the rear turn
signal bulbs, which *are* single filament.

Just an addendum to my last reply- on the table I posted a link to, I
noticed that near the top it says "rear backup/stop/turn signals" but
turn
signals should not have been listed there. They are a double-filament
bulb,
and are correctly listed a little further down the page.
