Peter Piper picked a peck with crackled shifter. It would be good to know if you have a locking diff or not. Assuming US-spec with Wasserboxer R&P? Ratios have to match the front diff. For example: one of my Syncros has 6.17 R&P. The other has 4.85 IIRC. I understand there are 5.83 & 5.43 but not stock in a WBX equipped Syncro originally sold in the US.

Might have access to one still in a running parts vehicle. Miles unknown. Location: San Francisco. They are rarely ever cheap anymore.
