I have a 91 GL with silver valance and want to Herculine(or similar).   I
also want to paint the bra on for road chips.

I have a dime sized rust spot in PS lower windshiled and can I treat this
with Rust Bullet or pull the winshield and POR -15 it ...THEN paint...Can I
just paint it?  A guy nearby will do it for "2-3 bills".
Advice, please.
