Troy -

Seems kind of in the ball park if you have some good West Coast rust - my parts ended up costing me $2,650...full door and window seals, mats, carpets, propane tank, gutter trim, bumper end caps, bumper strip, decals, odds and ends, shipping, taxes etc. Rust repair $2,500. WaxOyl treatment & cabinetry removal & replacement $1,200. Paint & prep $6,200 - paint taken down to bare metal.

I didn't lift a finger - and paid for it. My van was about a 6 out of 10 in terms of rust.

Anyway - this was my experience.
