You have to move the seat out until it is perilously close to crushing your body. It helps to cut a two by four or two to such a length as to hold the writhing seat monster in a position that lets you access the bolt head but won't crush you. Or, you could use a really strong friend that you trust a lot. Get at them from the back, as I remember.
