Owner's manual for '89 says 20 amp. The blower in its shroud running in free air (maximum-load condition) draws 12 amps from a fully-charged battery, so if there's enough drag that it's blowing a 20 that's a real issue. However I've seen one of those motors seize and smoke without blowing the fuse...but that was a short-term issue. Haven't got Bentley nearby so can't be more helpful just now.
