WOW, almost exactly the same thing I did back in 2008!! I pulled my fuel injectors and sent them out for cleaning (the van would hit a brick wall at around 50 mph, and acceleration was sluggish-this from an '84 w/a 2.1 and the Euro ECU, and it had previously had plenty of power) They arrived in the mail Christmas Eve, and was anxious to get the van back on the road. I re-installed the injectors and no-start. Bottom line for days I tried everything-excpet the ONE thing several folks asked-was I getting spark? I kept thinking "Nah, that can't be it-it was running fine when I pulled the injectors" Well, I had completely forgotten that I had also pulled the distributor that day and had not seated it fully when I put it back in. Felt like a fool and wasted several of my vacation days between Christmas and New Years. But at least the van was back to normal acceleration and top speed.
