I am sure there are volks on here in at least the late 70's-moi only 62.

1st bus was a 36 hp 1960 Panel in 1968-paid $262.50-asking price $275, offer $250 thus the final price. Sold a year later for $600 after a rebuilt engine, cool brown paneling, orange curtains, Muntz 4 track stereo w/ big box speakers in the back, carpeting, etc. Eat your hearts out!
