There are additional fuese, above the relays. There's where the fuse for the instruments lights fuse is located. The interior lights and the clock share the same fuse, #3. And I'm not completely sure, but I believe that's the fuse for the radio too. If you have a factory radio, the backlight is connected to the interior and cigarette lighter lights.
