Looks the same passenger's or driver's side. IIRC there are two part numbers though. Used door with latch $200 from a guy local to me.

Snagged a new one on UK eBay for £25 plus £10 shipping UK only. Fellow listmember Paul accepted shipment on my behalf and forwarded to me at HIS cost. I owe him the tallest, coldest (or warmest as the case may be) beer he can handle, if he ever visits San Francisco as he suggested.

Last time I checked doors list bare at about $500 in the US. There is one EU firm listing them for 1/4 that for new ones.

Had my bashed doors reskinned in galvanized steel on one of my trips to Asia. Cost savings on two doors vs. buying new was more than enough for the plane ticket.

Most EU used parts sellers cut the doors off the donors damaging the hinges in the process. Otherwise, buying used on German eBay is another option. Occasionally, you can get burned. I trusted a former listmember called Flo Lemke (operates under different company names.) He delayed shipping my Doka body parts until it went beyond the dispute resolution allowed by eBay and Paypal. Didn't get anything from the guy. Lars (Tristar Connection) in Germany is pretty good. So is Pawel in Poland ('yogi' something on Samba). Lastly, Patrik in Sweden who specializes in Tristars too. He's got the lowest prices among the vendors mentioned above. All these guys communicate in English, accepts Paypal, & ships to US.
