Hmmm........... .  Exactly how did such a phenomenon occur?  The child seat is on the seat.  It is fastened in place by the seat belt.  Was a top restraint used, fastened to the deck behind the seat in front of the engine cover?  GoWesty sells a top restraint, but that goes all the way to the hatch frame.  a fastener through the deck as I described -- without attention paid to what was under ------ hmmm........... .
