it's fiddly, but doable, crank pulley in place, engine in van of course.

one 'danger' is the 4 inch long bolts that go through the t-stat housing into the water pump.

the tend to corrode badly ... if during assembly the holes they go through are well cleaned out, and anti-seize compound is used generously on the bolt shanks and threads .. it can come apart nicely later.

I am a nut about putting something on almost all fastener threads. So it can come apart easily later in the future.
