Do you mean speed, or get caught speeding? In my impetuous youth I used to drive my '84 Westy pretty routinely at around 85 on the highway in New England. Of course the engine needed rebuilding earlier than otherwise, but day-to-day it didn't complain.

I'm less impetuous now and seldom take my '89 White Star above 65. I don't think I've had it at 85 ever.
