87 in Winter.. warming is better. 87 C is a little over 180 F .. I even run a 195 F t-stat in winter sometimes.. helps a lot.... better heater performance ( insulation heater hoses helps too ) .. better for fuel economy, engine life etc.

in summer ..the 80 C is cooler........is 176 F .. just about right for summer.

any supplier should list at least the 80 and 87 'stats.
