Get a lead hammer or dead blow mallet and smack them on the side. That will knock them free.

Anyone have a trick for getting out a stubborn piston cylinder? Number two and four refuse to budge. I have been soaking them with PB Blaster. 2.1 L if that matters. TIA, Ken Lewis
