At some point you need to move from speculation and wishful thinking to some rear diagnoses.

Get an oil pressure gauge to measure it. Does not have to be an installed gauge. Can be used almost like a meter.

Leak down/compression test and/or combustion gas in coolant tester.

Those bubbles would be one thing, but my worry is the combination of the bubbles (foam, really), the water in the exhaust, and the delay in the OP light going out.
