The cheapo coolant level sensors are known to be unreliable right out of the box. I would try another to make sure. A German one if possible.

Hi to all,

Mostly it does. The blinking. It's an '85 Westy. I have changed the #24 relay, the level sensor and it is still the same. I have even let it blink with "key on" for 15 seconds before I start, but it does not help. Once in a while it stops blinking and makes me believe it's fixed, but then I try it again and it won't stop blinking. I did read up some stories on it, but honestly none of them was addressing it so one could fix it. Any of you know this? Zoltan
